2006 Legacy Cup

Saloon and Cayman Match Strides in the Non Pro 3’6” Hunter Go Round at the Legacy Cup

Jennifer WaxmanMay 19, 2006 – Lexington, KY – “He is awesome,” said a delighted Jennifer Waxman after she won the Non Pro 3’6” Go Round aboard Saloon on Friday, May 19, 2006 at the Legacy Cup, which is part of the Kentucky Spring Horse Shows taking place in Lexington, KY, through May 21. Saloon also led the ranks in the Juniors while second place finisher Cayman, ridden by Jamie Martin, was the winner of the Non Pro 3’6” Go Round for Amateurs.

The 3’6” Non Pro Division was sponsored by Providence Hill Farm, LLC, Jamie Planck Martin and Tinsley Martin. Saloon and Waxman earned $450 for their win in the 3’6” Non Pro Go Round while Cayman and Martin claimed $330 for their 2nd place finish. In addition, the grooms of the top three placed horses were each awarded $100 in cash.
