Elizabeth Niemi, Grand Prix Dressage Rider/Trainer Taking Her Lead from the Masters
Elizabeth studied with Martin Schaudt while he was in Wellington, Florida. “Everything I learned from the top trainers I have incorporated into my own style of teaching for my clients.” She continues to work and train with leading international breeders and trainers. Elizabeth had the opportunity to get guidance from Olympic Team coach, Klaus Balkenhol for the past two seasons and is scheduling to ride with him again this summer in New York, prior to his leaving for the 2008 Olympics in Hong Kong. “The experience of training with Klaus Balkenhol was a turning point in my career,” Elizabeth said. “Top trainers make a tremendous difference when you are goal oriented,” she added. “Especially when they are former Olympians. They zero in on issues you have and sort out problems very quickly.” |
